Our Church Structure consists of
a Minister, Elders, Deacons and a Church Council. Our Church is governed under the grace of God by our Members i.e. the final
decisions are taken by the Church. The Church calls the Minister. The Minister appoints a group of Elders (currently
5).The Church elects a body of Deacons (currently 4) to provide support to the Minister in the exercising of pastoral
care and leadership of the Church Members. All Elders and Deacons are Charity Trustees. The Church Council consists of Elders,
Deacons and elected Church members some of whom lead teams to carry out the day to day running of the Church
and represent members interests for their respective teams at Church Council meetings. In addition to the above role, the
Council together formulate and evaluate Church programmes and activities.

The Lord by his grace has given us many gifts to help in the building of his Kingdom
here on Earth. We are reminded of this in Romans 12:4-8
"Just as each of us has one body
with many members,and these members do not all have the same function,so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each
member belongs to all the others.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let
him use it in proportion to his faith.
If it is in serving , let him serve; if it is
in teaching let him teach; if it is in encouraging, let him encourage; if it is in contributing to the needs of others, let
him give generously; if it is leadership , let him govern diligently; if it is in showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully."
